ABOUT ME

A once competitive swimmer, turned strength trainer.

Growing up, I trained over 20 hours a week in the pool. I achieved a decent standard and learnt a lot of sports based knowledge through nationally recognised regimes. As I got into my late teens, I went to university and left swimming behind. After removing those long training hours out of my schedule, I found myself lost. This sent me into a bit of a struggle period where I dealt with mental health issues and some pretty serious weight gain.

As many people would, I decided to get into the gym to get rid of that extra fat and work on my mental health and clarity. The moment I went to the gym, I never looked back. It has absolutely changed who I am as a person. I feel a sense of freedom and content with training. It allows me to work towards physical goals. Moreover, its increased my advocacy for mental health awareness. I absolutely love the gym environment; from the people you meet to the goals you smash. I have been involved in the gym for nearly 5 years, and I am just getting started. I want to share that passion with every single client I train.

Consistency and Discipline will only get you so far. To take it to the next level, you need meticulous planning, accountability and professional, fitness-oriented expertise. leave that to TWBM.
