As a coach, I have a strong belief in training the mind being just as important as the physical body. With an academic background of Psychology, you can begin to understand developed reasonings to your training-related behaviours. This is why when you train with me, you will develop both mentally and physically. Everything starts from the way we think and feel. Our perceptions and opinions subconsciously map our physical pathways. Positive growth from within will lead to better results in the gym!
